Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it into its original shipping crates or boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

  Schedule a Collection

  Once your request is approved, our specialized white-glove logistics team will contact you to schedule a convenient time to collect the large items from your home.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
